About Biodegradation
Biodegradable mulching film : an overview What is a biodegradable mulching film? By bacteria, enzymes and microbes that are in the water or soil, Natural-circulating Malching Film breaks down into water and carbon dioxide. To preserve the environment of the earth where we live and improve our quality of life from natural environment pollution,
Using our technology, we have developed customized products for the disposable packaging industries, especially the agricultural mulching film that are decomposed into nature by microbial proliferation at 58 to 59°C, the conditions for composting plants.

Precautions for Using biodegradable Mulching Film
  • 1. Be decomposed into nature by microbial proliferation at 58 to 59°C, the conditions for composting plants.
  • 2. Must be used for agriculture
  • 3. Avoid direct sunlight and high temperature and humidity during storage (before use) and keep in a cool, dry place.
  • 4. Biodegradation rate will depend on soil condition and using environment
  • 5. Recommend Cover the Mulching film from 5 days before sowing

Biodegradable mulching film : Strength
장점
  • Start biodegradation around 70 days — 100% complete decomposition within 180 days
  • Use microorganisms and bacteria in soil and water as energy sources to metabolism
  • Be Completely decomposed in soil or water and no harmful by-products or residues
  • Stability of Mechanical Properties and Product Shape
장점
  • Eliminate weeds and minimize fertilizer use
  • Solve "super weeds" problem (resistance weeds) problem
  • Soil activation
  • Protect Pelagic organism
  • Control algal bloom
Biodegradable mulching film: Advantages
Additional side benefit when using biodegradable mulching film
  • Reduce greenhouse gas emissions from rice production
  • Reduce fertilizer and increase yields
  • Currently the only eco-friendly farming method is Ampullarius insularus(which is ecosystem disturbance pest) farming method, biodegradable mulching film can replace this method.
  • By raising soil temperature(2.6 ~ 4.7°C), root initition is activated , so that crop grow fast and strong against blight and harmful insects.
  • prevent weedy and poor rice
  • Inhibit blight and harmful insects by blocking harmful bacteria
Effect of biodegradable use
Technical effect
  • Film covered with field crop → Replace plastic film with biodegradable film → Prevent soil contamination(No film collection requird)
  • Attach field crop seeds to the biodegradable film → Cover and sow at the same time
Economic effect
  • Save government-funded budgets for eco-friendly farming.
  • Increase income by reducing production costs compared to conventional farming methods.
  • Solve labor problems caused by aging and feminization
  • No herbicide import and pesticide production required
  • Resource savings (fertilizers, water, electricity, rice planting machine, etc.)
Overview of biodegradable plastics
It is an eco-friendly plastic that breaks down into water and carbon dioxide in nature.
  • Eco-friendly biodegradable materials that do not contain any synthetic resins (PE, PP, etc.)
  • Being decomposed into water (H20) and carbon dioxide (C02) under aerobic conditions with Microorganisms in the natural world, such as bacteria and fungi so it become harmless to the human body and the environment
  • purposes such as Injection, extrusion (sheets, films)
  • Environmental hormone FREE (Cl, bisphenol, phthalate)
  • Hazardous heavy metals FREE
  • No harmful substances to the human body, and there is less toxic gas such as dioxin from combustion
  • Compostable
  • Biodegradable
  • Biocompatibility
  • Decrease Co2
    (Greenhouse gas)
  • Crystaline
  • Origin Plants
  • Natural circulation
  • No Phthalate
  • Non-soot
    (Smoke toxicity)
